SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL HEALTH

like 1:1 coaching, group or peer-to-peer coaching, online communities for well-being courses

Please do not plan on using this stipend for paying down debt, donating to an organization, any form of online gaming, a one-time vacation, or buying gifts for others (unless it is a consistent act of kindness practice—see "Acts of Kindness" category under Social + Emotional Health). While those items may contribute to your well-being, they are not what R2B intends your stipend to be used for.

Below are some recommended programs/practices to consider.

We hope you get inspired!
